From my own experiences of healing and recovery, I believe we all hold innate alchemical powers that extend far beyond the limits of conditioning shaped by capitalism and the over-culture¹. While acknowledging the realities of collective grief², systemic injustice and collapse, I believe this is also a potent time of closing intergenerational cycles of pain and dysfunction, reclaiming our gifts and tending to what is truly alive to us, as individuals & communities

I hold a space that is trauma-aware, using frameworks informed by the Akasha, Astrology and subconscious re-patterning. Alongside this is an understanding that personal history, family systems and the wider forces in society shape our unique lives and challenges³.
